Step1: BEFORE ARRIVAL OF GAMETRAQ UNIT
CABLE LAYOUT PREPERATION
Pull a cable from the server room where the switch is located to the court area where you like to have the camera (Short side)
Ensure an extra 2-3 meters of cable for flexibility in placement
Cable Ideas: Consider placing the cable along the edge of the court, possibly using cable trays or securing it under the court's edge for safety and cleanliness. Ensure it is secure to avoid any tripping hazards
Step2: UPON ARRIVAL OF GAMETRAQ UNIT
INITIAL SETUP
Connect the PoE+ socket between the internet router and the CAT6/network cable
Assemble the Bird-View unit and attach the camera to the camera plate using screws
Mount the Bird-View unit onto the court using plastic strips (ensure it is securely fastened location)
Connect the CAT6 cable to the camera
Connect the USB microphone to the camera
Attach the microphone clip to the grid construction
Step3: CAMERA SETUP
The camera ID is stated on the left side of the camera unit 3 digits
CHECK CONNECTIVITY: Go to CHECK CAMERA CONNECTION to check if you have connectivity between camera and internet
If OFFLINE: Contact the WhatsApp engineer for troubleshooting WHATSAPP SUPPORT
ADJUST ANGLE and FOCUS: Use the live feed to set the camera’s focus and angle
Step4: CUSTOMER INFORMATION SUBMISSION
