  1. Use CAT6 Cables for connecting the devices.
  2. Use a Small CAT6 Cable and connect the Camera near the Router & POE+ Switch Setup, to test the Camera Connection (Very Long cables might have some Signal loss that might supply insufficient power/internet to the device.)
  3. Check if the LIGHTS are Active on the POE Switch Ports for the port where the Cables are connected.
  4. The Cable coming from ROUTER should be connected on the WAN Port of the POE Switch. & the Cable going from the POE Switch to the Camera should be in the LAN Port of the POE Switch.
  5. Check if the Power Supply to the POE Switch dont have loose connections or Power Fluctuations etc.
  6. Check if the Internet Network or the Router dont have any Firewalls that blocks the connections. If so try to Enable port 22 & 1936 with Outbound Connection in the Network setup/Router to avoid if any firewall blocking the connections.

Here is the GUIDE for Adjusting the FOCUS & ANGLE on the Camera.

  • ANGLE:
    • The Angle needs to be tilted up/down a little bit so the top/bottom parts of the missing court can also be covered
    • A good angle is when all the 4 corners of the court is visible from the stream, and when it has a good viewing angle as a player.

  • FOCUS:
    • The Focus of the camera also needs to be adjusted by rotating the lens on the camera clockwise OR anti-clockwise and observing the image from the above link so the image is visible very clearly
    • Rotate little by little, more rotation will change the image a lot
    • Please note, that there will be a few seconds of delay from when you adjusted the camera to the change visible on the live link above
